https://dlive.tv - seems more for live streams but has quite a few users. They use their own token model as well. For short video sharing / social media apps, there's PiePie and Bermi amongst others.

I had a lot of fun last night researching blockchain-based alternatives to YouTube and the like. I'll be making and uploading some videos to document the process to help friends who might be interested in switching.
Got D.Tube and BitTubers.com so far.
Any advice/suggestions? :)
