I forgot to add sex but that’s assumed in everyone’s ideal day I’m sure. Then morning: • wake 4-11am depending on season • fresh air, breath hard, move & strengthen • go for a walk preferably with a doge • high protein/fat breakfast, coffee or tea What’s your ideal day Peepeth?
Ideal day during winter is: 50% sleeping, 40% thinking, 10% doing.
Ideal day during summer is: 70% doing, 20% sleeping, 10% thinking.
Everything else remains optional. :)

Anyone tried baking baguettes before? Any good tricks? I've been doing a few batches just to see if I can demystify the process. One trick I found is using a razor blade instead of a bread lame to score saves you from buying a bread lame.
Usually, a standard knife would do the deed.
Plenty of moisture on the outside before stuffing the wand in the oven should give you a nice crunchy crust too. :)
