Turns out that consistently applying any set of rules, even absent favoritism and the need to moderate in real-time, is a massive challenge. IIRC, over half of the people FB employs are moderators.

It's a long and complicated story, but the long and short of it is they do not enforce their terms of service rules evenly. Rules are enforced against streamers for innocuous incidents if they aren't 'favored', meanwhile others can say the 'N' word LIVE and 'crickets'.

Dangerous. An "academic journal citation" gives no indication of being scientifically correct, may already have been disproved or worse, the author paid to give a particular opinion. Real-world, working, medical professionals can give opinions, "academics" should not.
That’s an interesting point. For the app to be useful for laypeople, it seems like a section on how to interpret / assess the quality of the studies, and a warning about their limitations, would probably help. Any other ideas welcome!
