That's good! Meditation helped me find better self control over my thoughts life and even sleep.
That's awesome Randy! I'm a big fan of the app headspace, it's taught me how to gain better focus, weed out distracting negative thoughts, and just enjoy the present moment more. I can't recommend it enough. Changed my life

There are multiple causes of depression, but my primary point is that mental health problems are serious, and those suffering from said problems shouldn't throw their pills away and just start meditating, as serious problems will arise from doing so.
Hi Alec, in no way, was I downplaying mental health or would ever suggest throwing away pills. I'm saying in my personal experience, I have found meditation far more beneficial in the long term than medication.

Does anyone know if #Peepeth has stopped granting new users? Or are the not granting organizations as users? I've been trying to add my organization for over a week with no response.
It's definitely still granting users as the number of new users has been increasing consistently, however, I'm not sure about granting organizations as users...

I look at average transaction fees as measured in gwei, as a measure of demand for Ethereum network. I do not want high fees to become standard, but I do want people to use Ethereum beyond speculation and for pressure to remain on developers to implement scaling solutions
True, I wonder as the technology scales and evolves if there will be a way to increase efficiency while requiring lower fees and gwei to run the platform

Nice! Thanks @john It's a pretty simple daily journal that you fill out every morning and every night. It has boxes to focus on things you'd like to achieve for the day, self-affirmations, what you did well today etc. Small things, but helps prime your mind to focus on gratitude
Been trying to focus more on gratitude and positive thinking and weeks back someone on peepeth posted about "The Five Minute Journal," so I've been trying it and loving it. I wish I could remember who posted theirs, but thank you to whoever did!

Are the actual transaction fees going up or are you just referring to the price of ether going up? (and therefore the transaction fees cost more)
Question for peeps peepin on mobile. Are most folks using Trust? If so, when I get set up do I need to create a new wallet on there or can I import my metamask address on to it?

I don't agree with these "pump and dump" schemes at all, but people losing money cannot put the blame on others. If people thoughtfully invested and did their own due-diligence, then the success of those P&D orchestrations would be severely diminished. Education before regulation
O I fully agree that people cannot blame others and you must deeply educate yourself on any and all investments. However, the large amount of misinformation being passed around that looked very legit, was still very alarming and could lead even someone doing research to be fooled

Watched that too. In an unregulated market, that is sure to happen. It affects the market so much more when the market is volatile and small.
For sure, hopefully people will do their homework this time around and be more cautious. It's def tough though...it's amazing the news and data people can manipulate in an unregulated market.

(pt. 1) There were (and likely still are) these groups and channels forming where they would agree on a specific alt coin to pump massive amounts of money into and shill all over the internet...exchanges would show the coins at top volume and massive % it went up...
(pt 3) There was a pretty good report and re-cap on crypto and the pumping and dumping schemes on an episode of Last Week Tonight with John Oliver. It's probably the first and only time I've seen the mainstream media accurately reflect what has been happening in this market
