We always speak about “disruptive innovation”. Most of the time technology is NOT disruptive; but its impact on business strategies and revenue model is disruptive.

dApps are open source (contribution from multiple developers to the code base), application activities and transactions are stored in a Distributed Ledger for easy access; participants are incentivised (cryptocurrencies or loyalty points). #dApps #DLT

dApps doesn’t necessarily run on top of a blockchain network. However they use Distributed Ledger Technology (DLT); and Blockchain is one of the component in DLT framework to record the transactions. #dApps #blockchain
