webglreport says webgl1 works, but webgl2 does not. Using the disable-angle option fix gets it to work. It took me about 20 tries, but I got through the first level. 😛

What does http://webglreport.com/?v=2 say? After a quick look through here https://github.com/godotengine/godot/issues/12416 , setting this option webgl.disable-angle -> TRUE might do the trick.
