Let's hope the trolls are stingy with their eth.
We could just tell them if they send us 0.1 ETH well send back 1.0. 😎

ETH is being used in soo many different ways that it's quiet the rabbit hole once you start finding stuff... I love it. I still have a little doge, that's how I started to talk about crypto to my 11yr old lol.
@Cryptokitties was how I introduced it to my girls 10 y/o
G’morning @Peepeth community! Off to get progress made. If a customer has to “think” about it or “call you back”, You didn’t clear their objections before presenting your brand. Show them the value, build rapport, earn trust. Price will be no objective. #plumberlife

Lol, I’m cross eyed. Running 15+ hours at work today and finally kicking back. I just saw that

Your new hire quit two hours in?
Yes. Talked a lot of game at interview. When it came down to getting in the dirt (literally) he left the site when I went to grab parts. I tell them it’s long hours and very labor intensive..”that’s fine I can handle it” they reply.

Ending tonight with this. Due diligence is always no.1 for your protection. If your new hire is ambitious, but quits 2 hours in working, if your customer bought a house but now is paying 1/4 what it’s worth in Plumbing, Bitconnect. Don’t let FOMO cloud your judgement.#plumberlife
My #plumberlife broke o.o

I like ETH because you can donate it on here 🐦. I love the Doge because it’s Doge. The XRP token was where I flipped a little cash too. Bought at .25 sold at 2 also. Haven’t saught to much into the alts lately though. Just the big daddies for moment.
#correction tip not donate. -.-

Ok folks what's your guilty pleasure coin/token in #crypto? Everybody has one that gets the side eye when it's mentioned, haha. Mine is #TRX, it gets crapped on a lot but I still love it's mission and what it might do.

That's the tough part, I want to delete it, but there's no easy alternative, who's going to be the facebook killer?!
I had got rid of my Facebook About 6 months ago. I got away from it and most social media. @Peepeth is the most active I’ve been in a while.

Sharing research I did last year in China. It's so clear living here that the younger generation is worlds different from China's "old guard" generation -- rise in individualism coincides with rise in personal responsibility. This one result really highlighted that. #fundata

Even logging works done to a property on the blockchain I assume there would still be people who would get the work done under the table. Is there any legal recourse for the customer or do they just get to eat it?
They are getting an attorney. Her husband works for sheriffs office here and he’s livid. Insurance determined by pics taken it was pre existing, before they even bought home. So they are going after seller but, ya know how that can go.

My Customer today moved into the home in February. Found out after purchasing the shower pan leaks, and her sewer needs replaced. Seller didn’t disclose and “knows nothing about it” and no proof is there for them to check. She bought this house + $17,000 Plumbing bill #blockchain
Here’s a pic of the sewer collapsed that I took with the sewer camera. Shows in the drain what’s happening.

Haha I've never heard of a plumbing blockchain enthusiast. Would love to follow your mini-blog regarding the two together.
Example, I just took a pic of the software in the tablet. You can see there is a history tab. And some estimates i provided This person. But all it takes it me just removing this completely from the server by deleting it. Companies can abuse this, cover tracks. No accountability.

Thanks! The field software I use is Service Titan, And it’s great client management software as well as log info and reports in the field and saved under a history to where if my other plumber goes out to same customer, he can pull log up with all notes I left (est. inv. report)
I’m wondering how it would be to integrate block chain into that for ledger, so it can’t be tampered with when home owners or investors can access the info to verify if a company did something, what’s on record etc.

Thanks! I know it’s off in a group of technology, but I do incorporate the two personally. Also i think it went with being able to apply a mini blog of a plumber in the mix of all this. I’m passionate about Plumbing, sales & blockchain. That’s why I enjoy this place. 😁

Agreed. Although the pessimist in me thinks that this will soon change once we have more #peepers on here. I would love to be proven wrong though, and have this place grow whilst retaining a genuine and sincere attitude.
If it starts changing, let’s grab the first 250 peepers and head to another anonymous decentralized block and put up a sign, “no mainstream nutjobs allowed” #consider

Lol it’s all good. I was just wanting people to know I’m not spamming the board just to get a head start for the future badge “1,000k peeps” . Haha. Kidding. But I catch myself double tapping, and it double posts when I do.
I want to apologize about the double post. I’m not sure what’s happening. 😑

The thing is, peepeth represents something greater than just "decentralized twitter". It's a shift of power, empowering people without needing corporations. Corps are obsolete. We got this. We don't need ads, we don't need hierarchy, we create a movement that cannot be corrupted.

I know what you mean. I’m passionate about crypto and learning about blockchain. But it is nice to be able to be in a decentralized community where it’s a mix. I spend all my time Plumbing and sales. There is a diverse group here, but we’re unified on a similar interest. 😁
@Peepeth community: Hope everyone is having a good and productive day. Keep your mind engaged and challenge yourself for constant improvement! Get that paper! #plumberlife

Is this the era of want everything for no effort? The text I got from my helper 3 hours in working his first day.
“Tools are behind the house i had to take off. Thanks for the opportunity though.”
He must of just remembered he had BTC in a wallet from 2013. #nofucksgiven

I am staying away from Tether, I am uncertain about DGX - but I am more than impressed by MakerDAO/DAI. Lets see where all of this goes :D
Just continue to research and make sure your decision is based off your standards, And conclusions on why you see fit to invest in them. If you have any doubts, you know how the saying goes. 😁

How's the overall social acceptance of crypto around dem palm trees?
Some of the guys I work with are into it. When I talk to customers about it, only 5% of the people I run into are into it. People think it’s bubble or they have nothing good to say about it. They also probably bought in at 18,000 and are very salty about it now. Don’t blame them.
Replying to @Plumber86 (0xd1a4d5a1c50b3a089ce55745e7778b668c53058e)
Haven’t looked into them much. I know with Tether it was kind of iffy, didn’t want to get to much into it. Volatility detours many small businesses. You get paid for a service one day, and market drops 10% next day, your service was devalued. But if you see the future benefits..
But fortunately we have enough repeat business and new business that uses standard fiat. So relying on crypto isn’t a big deal. Would like to see more customers pay with it. Lol..but I’m hodling too. So I don’t blame them
Replying to @balresch (0xd6d48727d8835b73f8dc511a5baaf3445a6f65c9)
I fully agree! But I think the volatility is a big cause for small businesses not to accept crypto just yet. What do you think of stable coins like DAI or DGX?

Out of curiosity, which cryptos are you accepting and why?
BTC is set up for merchant acct. Despite volatile markets, I believe 100% in crypto and the potential is has in comparison to future fiat situations. We won’t see anything like Venezuela’s hyper inflation but anything can happen. I’m a fan of ETH also. The more solid currencies

#correction there are more ATMs than I thought around here. 😣
