If you started buying Bitcoin at its high in Dec of 2017 and made the same purchase amount in dollar terms every two weeks your Bitcoin holdings would be up 68% while Bitcoin is down 47%. Start building generational wealth today #bitcoin #crypto #getoffzero #wealth #money
That's an interesting point to keep in mind. Too many people are only concerned with the day-to-day price movements.

That's not a bad selection at all, maybe a little ETH-heavy. Could you be tempted into looking at EOS and some of the dapps running on that? 😉
EOS with both Chintai & Rex leasing platforms, similar to Compound for ETH. Also rapid dapp development & staking opportunities for several EOS tokens (Boid, PixEos, Karma, SEED, etc). I don't know #FSN but Filecoin is solid. IOST also gives very good staking returns (> 10%/pa).

Agnostic can be used in a non-religious reference to denote that the subject of discussion is objective or without preference. In software, it can refer to a package that works across all platforms equally.
Yes, you *could*, but the term "cross-platform" is far more widely used. Besides, you were using it in relation to science not software so your logic does not hold up.

It gets back to my main premise, which is that science is agnostic. It has no inherent good or bad properties. But we, our species, we definitely have both, and we use science for both. When the next world war happens, which it will, we'll use all our science.
Why do you keep using the word "agnostic", which refers to religious belief or lack of? Science and religion do not mix, that should be obvious.
As for a world war, you are speculating.

What image symbolizes uniqueness? Looking for a subtle background image for the Insight app; possibly a flower or something abstract.
Not sure a flower would be unique enough. Maybe a crystal or a snowflake pattern?

No no no. I love science. It is our birthright. Chemical weapons, see Syria. Scientific ability is agnostic. It is meaningless. It can be used to incinerate people or save them. It has been and is being used for both purposes.
No, don't see Syria, that was one huge snakepit of propaganda. But do see things like Ebola (bio) or Sarin (chem). Flouride - as an example of a government using a chemical weapon on their own people? On a small scale, but still...
Glad to realise you are a fan of science 😉

Noted, and well put. Nuclear power has enormous positive potential. But we, collectively, have demonstrated that we will use all available technology in times of war. I foresee the use of tactical nuclear weapons. Do you really think it won't happen? Who is going to stop it?
So, you think we should abandon all science because someone somewhere "might" drop a bomb? You're right in one way, but it's the same as a drunk in a bar fight grabbing a bottle because it's the best available weapon... Btw, I think chemical warfare is far more likely
Replying to @d2r2 (0x25551cdc379e74f36da97acdf81212c459fb9e67)
We are killing each other less over resources because science has allowed us to extend our use of finite resources. We can grow more food, etc., but at the same time, science has given us nuclear weapons. We are living in a golden age. Savor it while you can.
I prefer the term "nuclear power", which could be used as an energy source reducing our use of finite resources even further. Power is neither good or bad, that rests in the hands of humans. To date, only one country has been idiotic enough to use a nuclear weapon.
