Are you cutting your hair because of the workout / outreach challenge?
txBatch v2 (Burning Man) is coming along nicely though, makes a difference to have specced things out and gotten advice from smart people.
• Better and more descriptive errors + automatic error logging
• Better data sources, fixed timeout issues
• Clearly defined microservices

Are you cutting your hair because of the workout / outreach challenge?
Yeah, and doing some self assessment - I've been growing it for no reason in particular. Why not change?
Funny how quickly a changed from "no chance in hell I'll get a buzzcut" to "hmm ok"
Still gonna work to hit those metrics though, need 2 workouts/day & loads of invitations

Sounds like a full day! My best days typically also involve cold water and the forest.
Yep, turns a good day into a fantastic one.

I wish we knew more about each other. I wish we could not just empathize, but actually experience being each other, for just a bit. I mean personally, 1:1. The person on the subway, your neighbor, your partner. We're so caught up in ourselves, like a prison. Wouldn't it be great?
Yes. I agree man. The one thing I've learned from starting up random conversations with people, or travelling - is that everyone's human. Everyone is the same as everyone in the important ways.
Would be awesome to have more 1:1 contact even if it's at the expense of mass comms

There's so much junk in the world it's amazing. The problem for retail now is that even the poor in developed countries have too much junk. They get us hooked on shopping, then we get saturated with crap. Now what? Maybe next they'll sell incinerators.
We get convinced we need things to survive or to improve our social standing, and then we value the stuff we have disproportionately to their actual value. And it costs way too little to buy new stuff than take care of old stuff.

My name is as German as it gets, but I’m actually more Swedish. And secondly, I wish more people knew about the history of water fluoridation, the history of vaccinations, the history of plastics and their effect on the body, the history of chemtrails, and the implications of 5G
What's those respective histories?

People might learn to not FOMO, learn to protect their funds, some TA, or FA and DYOR...and if bear market means I won't be hearing the word "Lambo" anymore, I'm ready for at least one more of these cry(pt)o winters 😅
TA, FA, DYOR?

What do you think has been good about the 2018 crypto crash and extended bear market?

If all goes to plan, all of my worldly possessions will be fitting into this 1980s hiking backpack (h/t to my grandma) by the 25th.
There’s a positive interpretation to this: how screwed would humanity be if we didn’t prioritise our survival 99% of the time? Also, we’re social animals —so an easy way to ⬆️ happiness/self-worth = being useful to others.

Whilst I'm very sorry for my old workmates, this is a perfect goodbye @dum. Born as a dream, fuelled by memes, honoured with streams.
(But seriously, I wouldn't call everything lost yet. Give them time to sort things out...)
Writing a new post on what it's like on the inside of an exchange and why I'm 100% certain @Cryptopia_NZ isn't an exit scam.

I wonder why there isn’t an e2e encrypted dating app yet. Think about the personal data that’s used for features like location, photos, chats, etc.
There’s a lot to learn from the like such of Tinder/Bumble/Happn/etc in terms of getting people hooked.
Hey @Bevan - met these guys the other day, recommend getting them on :)

12 years ago and still relevant!
Ways @Cryptopia_NZ helped me:
1—fuelled my passion for crypto
2—taught me to focus on the big picture vs. outworking problems
3—gave me notebooks worth of management lessons for the future
4—access to money & smart people
Just tried #Vagrant Homestead for the first time. Bliss. Thanks @Hashicorp / @ParallelsMac / #Laravel team
In non-developer analogy, it's like using a proper construction ruler instead of my notebook "which is about yay-high". Finally I know that I'm doing my measurements right.

@ow reckon I'd be a good fit for the community?
