I would love an article about the Parity Signer and how it differs from the other options that have been floating around. I lack understanding and I am quite sure you could shed some light :)
Thank you for the vote of confidence! I'll wrap my head around it shortly. Haven't investigated it yet. Moved to the top of my list.
Thanks @balresch.

Hold, sell or buy?
All three, as needed. Don't forget buidl! Those of us that can't buidl can learn too... or contribute in myriad other ways.
Yes! Easier is better. Right now it takes a few too many screens (on android). I was thinking a button with modal window would be awesome... but your "magic" idea seems better still.
You're adding to the positivity. Thank you. Please accept my ensō.

Should be fixed! Also re-ordered all of your old peeps.
Sweet! Thank you for your hard work, Bevan.
Fixed for all Peeple going forward?
Can't wait to spend some time with this new feature. Way to go @MyCrypto and thanks for the reminder @crypdow

Challenge accepted. I promise to have a prototype in one week. Bonus points: it can slide across the top of your laptop to cover the webcam lens.

And as someone who spends quite some time on penetration testing, I want to say I hope you update your Ledger Nano S frequently because right now there is one vulnerability after another found xD
It was my understanding that the vulnerabilities required physical access to the hw wallet.
Just got back to a place with internet, will read your article suggestions.... but, is needing physical access still the case?

Umm... Am I going crazy? I am absolutely sure I have seen this post earlier. It shows 5m age now - but I am talking a lot more than that. @Hannah, could you confirm either my next level dejavu or a possible #bug ?
This is a known issue. And it affects @Hannah a little more than the rest of us because she's behind the Great Firewall. Bevan is working on a fix.

Best thing about peepeth so far is that it's a working dapp that doesn't require a special utility token. Bravo!
That's a great thing... but the best thing is that anyone can build a frontend. Shared data stores outside any one company's control will be game changing in the social media space, imho.
Welcome to Peepeth!

<b>Bitcoin</b></font> has no leader. It has plenty of people trying to be its leader, but none of them will ever succeed. <b>Ethereum</b> on the other hand......
...from what I can see...
Has a growing number of leaders.
And they are all building things.
And none of them control the protocol.

Hi @CallMeGwei, have a great day! Can I ask one thing, how did you make that "P" bold? In your previous post.
Secret.
Not really. This front end supports html tags... b and i. Put words between < b > and < / b > (no spaces) for bold.

did someone already call users of this website peeps? if not i am copywriting that
I call everyone here Peeple. The posts are peeps. I tried to call the people Peeps, but you forget a capital and then "Have you reads the peeps, peeps can get ambiguous." @abcoathup calls the Peeple, "Peepers". The community still coming to consensus.
First time in a while I've been able to praise Kraken for something.

I don't even want edit/delete to be on the roadmap anymore.. At first, it seemed like something I was really missing, but now I just have to read, think, check for typos, consider the consequenses of my #peep, consider the immutability, read again, and THEN post. #PeepinAintEasy
It could undermine permance and thoughtfulness, very true.
I think it should not be batchable, or add an extra 5 cents to deter abuse.

Good choice. Being involved with a new model for web monetization is really important for creators and consumers. Trying to get Peepeth to do the same.

Are you going to just wait until 1 minute before midnight each day before you give your Ensø to avert any risk?
Won't help to avoid the dillema. It's every 24 hours per account, not based on calendar day. I know. I have this dilemma.

Legislation might not take the side of "should", but the side of "is". EU legislators might say "blockchain technology must adhere to GDPR; shut down the nodes if it doesn't", rather than "GDPR cannot apply to blockchain; let's change the law". That's what worries me.
Yeah, what worries me is regulation slowing innovation. At least this tech is resistant to that kind of interference to some degree.

Prediction: Peepeth will cause ETH gas prices to skyrocket over the next 60 days even more than CryptoKitties did.
@Bevan can easily adjust batching limitations to avoid this.
Bump it to 30 actions, mandate batching only every 24hrs, etc.

You're not wrong, but it doesn't matter after a while. It doesn't sound any weirder than Twitter or Spotify. You just don't remember thinking those names were weird.
I am of this opinion as well. Well over half of the people I've discussed the project with have disliked the name.
In the end, there will be several frontends with different names and everyone can be happy.

I’ve been trying to look for that but I don’t see “add account”. There is “create account” and “import account”.
"Create account" is the one you want.

How do you login to a child wallet on Metamask using Brave browser? My Peepeth account is linked to a child wallet — when I login to Metamask on Brave, it only shows the first wallet. Typing this on Cipher now -.-
It's worded a little weird. You need to "add account" from within MetaMask. The added accounts are the children.

Competition is required. Toshi’s dApp experience improved. Would this have occurred without Cipher existing? Status has funds and a sizeable team so it could be Toshi and Status. Plus if they lag on features then Trust or someone else will gain users.
Not arguing with you there. Just saying I can see why some people got a little upset about the acquisition.
I think #Trust will get a lot of users just trying to avoid supporting bigger organizations. Not just that, of course, but it is lightweight and beautiful.
Replying to @abcoathup (0x13ebd3443fa5575f0eb173e323d8419f7452cfb1)
#Toshi wants to provide a great app so hired @pete who has done amazing work with #Cipher
I can see both sides of this argument. What if they bought Trust and took over Status, too...
I mean... people can get on the defensive. It's not unreasonable.
Sure, Status would probably improve... but competition is necessary to properly decentralize things.

They should start by hiring someone to make a halfway-decent logo. *snickers*
This is actually true. They should switch to the Cipher logo, imho.
@sid had mentioned pushing some high-res logo images people could use at some point. Right now... half the time the Toshi logo is square, sometimes round, occasionally black and white, but always low res.

Imagine a news-feed where the content (or possibly even just the curation) was backed by some kind of staking mechanism.
Clearly the trust that we can put in reputations alone is becoming dubious under the current - principally ad supported - model.
