Hashbrowns mixed to be savory, rich, and salty with usually chicken stock, cream cheese, and sour cream then covered in shredded cheese and baked til golden brown. I might try some fresh chives this time. I gotta have my taters.

I have it narrowed to a sausage stuffing stuffed chicken or spiral cut ham. My great grandma's green bean recipe is a must. Maybe a hashbrown casserole. Deviled eggs. Eggnog cheesecake? There won't be any extended family visiting like on Thanksgiving so I have to cook smaller.

It's interesting how the circumstances changed areas that are deemed to be safe or not. In Europe, city centers are generally the safest place to take a night stroll, and the peripheral parts exactly the opposite.

Well it does depend on the crime. In Metro areas violent crime is slightly higher than in suburbian areas. 410 versus 382 per 100,000 people. Sex crimes and property crimes are higher in surburbia than in the Metro area. Rural counties is a significant drop though. 2011 FBI stats

As Bruce Lee said you can't go around picking fights in America. People have guns here. It's mostly safe but it's best not to put yourself in a situation where it can be dangerous. Like don't go to downtown Atlanta in the middle of the night.

I ain't no cook, but I think the temperature was too high in this attempt. The top burned, and the parts under are very white. Did you fill them with something? ๐Ÿ‘Œ

The meringue is supposed to be caramelized so a little burnt on top but not under. Not too much but just a little. I broiled it for two minutes to achieve this. The filling is a lemon curd but I added cream cheese to it so it's kind of like a lemon curd cheese cake. Tastes great.

It's not my picture but I have taken pictures from the same spot. At the top of the trail there's a scenic overlook of the fall that most people take a picture and go home. The real fun is hiking down to the bottom of the falls. The basin has a huge boulder which is fun to climb.

It's about a two to three hour drive from Nashville, Tennessee. You hike from the top into the basin. The trail is kind of rough. There's a campground that you can stay at which I stayed every time I went from being a young kid to an adult. Camping is also nice. :D

Inglorious Bastards is better. There's almost no humor in Overlord. Ironically there was a bit of a nod to Inglorious Bastards in the Sargent's monologue at the beginning of Overlord. The thing that sets Overlord apart are obviously the zombies but even that was subdued.

One of the first things you learn in sales is how irrational people are and feelings based. No matter how rational one is that's a justification for the emotions. No one ever decides anything on a thought. People decide their actions on feelings and justify with thoughts.

That probably excludes psychopaths but those are extraordinarily rare.

What fascinates me is how our minds construct reality. We assume our reality is correct because it "feels" right. But feeling is also part of the mind... and it's difficult to perceive the unseen moral foundation that the mind rests on that determines our feelings about reality..

One of the first things you learn in sales is how irrational people are and feelings based. No matter how rational one is that's a justification for the emotions. No one ever decides anything on a thought. People decide their actions on feelings and justify with thoughts.
