I once went on a 15+ mile bike ride in the rain. I was fine until I started to get exhausted, then it started to get cold. ๐Ÿฅถ

Some banks are just rock-bottom. They work really hard at sinking you, so that they can rip your skin off while pulling you out of their dark waters. Modern banking business clearly works against young/working class/entrepreneur/GIG economy people.

I hate going into bank branches.

The person you need to talk to is busy or not there.

Then they relentlessly try to sell you a bunch of crap.

Then they charge you for what used to be free services.

You find out later what you ask them to do was done wrong.

I'm considering re-quitting most forms of social media. The life benefit I'm getting from them is fairly neutral. Think I will do a 30 day holiday from LinkedIn and see if it has any negative affect on my life. Professionally wise most of the real smart/entrepreneurial folks I know don't spend time on it... it's similar to Twitter, there's a lot of poseurs.

I've been giving Twitter another shot recently due to the potential for marketability. It definitely hasn't improved my life.

It takes a huge amount of time, and there are a lot of straight up insane people on there. It's rather unpleasant. It's purely a work effort for me.

Aside: confirming further my conclusion that every phrase in Italian can be either directly translated or mispronounced as a sexual statement (e.g. lavaro duro" mispronounced as "lei voule duro") is the fact that the word for gym gainz is pompa (pump). Which is also used in Italian to mean another action unrelated to muscle growth. I will leave that to your imagination.

I don't know about other languages, but you can do that to some degree with English as well.

The final product. It tastes... healthy (but not too bad overall). I would probably not drink it on an empty stomach. Apparently having it with fat improves absorption of the curcumin.

Are you storing this stuff in plastic? You need to get some glass bottles. The acid from the lemon is going to cause leaching, especially if the plastic is aging.

It does sound pretty extreme. Although other animals seem to do pretty well without ablutions. I'd like to try the no-soap approach (still showering). I'd still use soap on my hands though. Will research this more first.

You can definitely get away with no soap or reduced soap most of the time. I use African black soap, which is milder than normal soap.

On hot summer days, I often take a few quick rinse shower with no soap. I'd dry out if used soap every time.

I can see how a probiotic could benefit hygiene, but I donโ€™t think I would want to stop showering. This seems unhygienic any way you look at it.

Just realised something - it's not super profound, but anyway: - the identity other people have of you, - what you really identify with, and - the identity you want other people to have of you are all 3 seperate things. I think it's a decent goal to try to identify with as little as possible personally (i.e. minimal attachments), yet also make life easier for other people by providing a strong outer identity.

It's even more complicated than that. What a person actually believes (subconscious), and what they think they believe, are often different.

Every perception you have, or others have of you, must be multiplied by 2.
